As for 3, I don't see why not. Sounds like a strange question to me, unless you are referring to automatic updates on social media when you cross a mat.Ririnettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08655714425760755697noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7061247060314874235.post-55884002882647225282015-08-26T09:02:13.469-04:002015-08-26T09:02:13.469-04:00Great race report and plan on running it this year...Great race report and plan on running it this year. Actually, it's not even your average pickle juice, it's brine, which is simply water + salt + pickle taste (you have to find the right pickle jar). I find it actually very refreshing in a race and a good "reset" for the stomach after all the chocolate/coffee gooey mess that I eat the rest of the time. It always comes a time when I run marathons that I get sick and tired of sweets. This helps a lot. You should try it sometime if you don't mind dill pickles. I never had a cramp in a marathon, ever! But you have to start early enough, usually 24-25k is good for me.Ririnettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08655714425760755697noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7061247060314874235.post-68021560418988147002013-11-06T09:07:57.438-05:002013-11-06T09:07:57.438-05:00What an amazing and smart race you ran! How does one palate that after hours of running (I trust the science behind it - makes sense to me)? You have a way that draws people to you; no wonder you find like minded people. macnichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13756849604085886005noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7061247060314874235.post-10549382399082771962013-11-06T09:06:49.349-05:002013-11-06T09:06:49.349-05:00Congratulations, sounds like a great day.
